In this Privacy Policy, we refer to users of our mobile application, website and web application as “Users.” and “Visitors”. If you visit our Mobile Application / Site and do not register, we refer to you as a “Visitor.” If you choose to register on our Mobile Application and/or Site, we refer to you as a “User.” Users can use our polling services.
If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, or the Terms of Service, you may not use this Site, the Service, our applications, or our mobile Site.
If you register as a user of the Service and become a User, Polly collects the user information such as email ID, sessions that you are registering, polls that you are setting up.
We use a limited number of select service providers to perform work on our behalf. They are permitted to use personal information only for the purpose of providing their services or at an aggregate level.
We share your personal information only as described in this Privacy Policy and do not sell the information, except if our company our assets are sold or acquired.
We may use the information we have about you to offer you products and services that we believe may be of interest to you. We may offer these products and services in conjunction with our business and marketing partners.
We may disclose information about you (i) if we are required to do so by law or legal process (such as a court order or a subpoena), (ii) in response to a request by law enforcement authorities, or (iii) when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate (a) to prevent physical harm or financial loss or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity, or (b) to protect or defend the rights or property of Polly, Users, Visitors, our business customers or others. We also reserve the right to transfer personal information in the event we sell, merge or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets. Should such a sale, merger or transfer occur, we will use reasonable efforts to direct the transferee to use the personal information in a manner that is consistent with our Privacy Policy. Following such a sale, merger or transfer, you may contact the entity to which we transferred your personal information with any inquiries concerning the processing of that information.
